DR Mahathir Mohamad may not be keen to contest in the 15th general election but that does not mean he is retiring from politics anytime soon.

The former prime minister told The Malaysian Insight there is still a lot of work to be done.

“I don’t know anything about retirement. People are still coming to see me and seeking my advice.

“They ask for my assistance and if I can help them, I do it.

“As you can see, I can still think, talk and do things,” he told The Malaysian Insight in a recent interview at the Perdana Leadership Foundation. – May 22, 2021.

  • Of course he is talking nonsense. It is always not HIM who wants to be in power, who wants to do things "my way", but others who are pushing him to do things. Enough of his double, triple and even quadruple talk. He
successfully caused disunity among Malaysians with his KETUANAN program, project IC in Sabah, etc. He introduce the doctrine of "tell a lie and repeat it often enough and the people will believe it" which has caused such moral decay. Under his tenure, corruption became rampat. Education went down the drain. Etc.etc. He should retire.
