A WOMAN and her lover have been charged with the murder of her 3-year-old son at the magistrate’s court in Klang today.

M. Sutha, 26, and S. Davandakumar, 28, remained silent when the charge was read before magistrate P. Sarulatha. They did not record any plea.

The couple were accused of murdering K. Nithish at a house in Jalan Hulubalang, Taman Sentosa, Klang, on December 24, and will face the mandatory death sentence if found guilty.

The court set case mention and submission of reports on March 23.
