Can anyone explain klia2's service charge hike?

THOSE travelling to international destinations beyond Asean countries from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (klia2) terminal will have to pay the same passenger service charge (PSC) of RM73 as other airports from January 2018.

But the Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom) has not explained the reason for the hike except to say it wants to equalise the charges with other airports.

    • 110% seconded. These mega-uncouth greedy bastards owe fellow Malaysians a proper & open dialogue on the basis or rather its lack for them to up airport passenger charges by some 43 per cent.
      They surely have their wilful lack of compassion for airport users in the face of GST-plagued era.
      This bunch of socalled top guns at Mavcom (rather MalaFideCom) are just bloody morons who gotta be fired instantly! No buts#

  • There is two options to teach all the Umno GLCs. Boycott or mass protest at the air port and create a big hue and cries to gather support from travellers. Pointless to be nice and no write up can hurt them badly as physical rejections.

  • Mavcom is made out of low brianed fools whoes tongues firmly are glued to the behinds of MAS, MAB and umno. These fools paid by ticket buyers act against the ticket buyers. Their mentally is the same as old umno, if you want to fly you must pay out as much money to non essential services and them. These fools are not going make it cheaper for travellers. If one airport is cheap make all the airports as cheap idiots!!! The 1st thing we need to do us stop paying them our money.
