Yoga with Kareena EP5: Backbends


IF you’re no stranger to back aches and stiffness, then the sequence in this episode of Yoga with Kareena will help alleviate some of the tension.

Kareena and her assistant, Jaime, demonstrates three gentle backbends that a beginner can follow easily: the sphinx pose, the locust pose plus a variation and the crocodile pose.
