Yoga with Kareena EP2: Standing stretch
AFTER the three-part yogic breath, Yoga with Kareena moves on to five basic yoga poses that make up a standing stretch.
The sequence which moves through the mountain pose, upward salute, half lift, forward fold and chair pose, loosens up the entire body. It stretches the back, arms, hips and legs, releasing some of the stress you’ve gathered throughout the day.
