SOMETIMES when life gets the better of you, take some time out to just breathe. It will help bring down your heart rate and blood pressure, leaving you feeling calmer.

In the first episode of Yoga with Kareena, our host, Kareena, demonstrates the basic three-part yogic breath that can be done sitting on a chair or lying down.
