[WATCH] Rule-breaking customers costly to stall owners
ROAD side stall owners are worried that customers not following the government’s strict guidelines might cause them their business.
Owners spoke of disgruntled customers who did not want to follow the standard operating procedures such as practicing social distancing when queuing up and writing their names down as required. – June 13, 2020.
