FUEL prices will increase between 5 and 10 sen for the coming week, the Finance Ministry said today. 

It said the retail price of RON97will increase by 5 sen, from RM1.68 to RM1.73 per litre, while RON95 will also increase by 5 sen from RM1.38 to RM1.43 per litre.

Meanwhile, diesel will see a 10 sen hike, selling at RM1.61 per litre. 

The new prices are effective from May 30 to June 5.

“The increase is due to the increase in refined product prices in line with the rise in global crude oil prices,” said the ministry in a statement. – May 29, 2020.
