YANG di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Muhammad V today granted an audience to visiting Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla.

During the 45-minute meeting at Bilik Seri Maharaja of Istana Negara, Sultan Muhammad V hosted a high tea for the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall.

The maiden visit by Their Royal Highnesses to the country is to commemorate the 60 years of diplomatic ties between the UK and Malaysia.

Having arrived yesterday, Their Royal Highnesses are scheduled to visit a number of places in Kuala Lumpur, Perak, Sarawak and Penang, as well as participate in various events, over a span of seven days. – Bernama, November 3, 2017.
