Singapore couple jailed for punching, making maid drink mop water

A HUSBAND and wife were today sentenced to jail or abusing their domestic helper by, among other things, making her drink dirty water mixed with dog hair and a floor cleaning agent.

Linda Seah Lei Sie, a 39-year-old beauty salon manager who was convicted of six charges, was sentenced to three years in jail for instigating most of the abuses.

  • The woman should be sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment and the idiot of the husband 10 years too!
    Why is the Singapore court so lenient on the couple. Since they have the mentality of animals, they ought to treated as animals..
