A SENIOR citizen who was run over by an express bus at the Larkin Sentral Bus Terminal this afternoon has died.

South Johor Baru police chief Shahurinain Jais, in a statement, said Er Shok Siew, 80, who sustained serious injuries on both legs, died while receiving treatment at Sultanah Aminah Hospital, at 7.50pm.

He said police will detain the bus driver, aged 61, to facilitate investigations.
