'Team PH' if RoS rejects Pakatan logo, says Amanah Selangor

Amanah Selangor says Pakatan will head into the 14th general election as 'Team PH' if the Registrar of Societies reject its proposed logos. – The Malaysian Insight pic, September 10, 2017.

PAKATAN Harapan (PH) will head to the poll as Team PH is if the Registrar of Society (RoS) rejects their logo registration.

“If we don’t get the go ahead for the logo, I am sure the PH leadership has the best solution for us to go into the general election as one Team PH,” said Amanah Selangor chief Izham Hashim in his speech.

PH had submitted its application to the RoS on July 28 to be registered as a party along with their logo.

The RoS had rejected PH’s logo and had asked to submit a new one with specifications given. PH had then sent several logos as per RoS’ specifications.

To date, the application nor a logo have been approved.

PKR, DAP, Amanah and Bersatu, which are in the PH coalition had planned to use one logo at the next general election.

PH chairman Dr. Mahathir Mohamad had said that if the coalition wants to win the fight against Barisan Nasional then they must use only one logo, one manifesto and also one candidate at the poll. – September 10, 2017.
