Fans say a little prayer for Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin
PEOPLE gathered outside the legendary Apollo Theatre in New York City to honour the death of Aretha Franklin on Thursday.
Franklin played many times at the iconic venue in New York and people left flowers next to a plaque in her honour.
The legendary singer, known as the Queen of Soul, died in her home in Detroit at 76. – Ruptly, August 17, 2018.
