  • The limitation of our cognitive faculties is that we always see things in partial, incomplete. I admit with guilt, and often commit these blunders of over-reading things.

    Before the 'Mandarin' furore, finance minister, LGE had already issued a circular in the 2 main languages. Let's make Malaysia a multicultural investment oasis without reading too much into minor 'faux-pas'. However, please, I implore that in the company of a multi-ethnic society, and in the pursuit of a globalized economy, use the language with the broadest utility for efficiency.

  • Fundamental flaw in humanity is the cognitive faculties almost always sees an issue in partial and not total. LGE issued his statement in all 3 languages. Clearly this uproar is an overreaction. Malaysia can be an international city, an oasis for many tribes to invest and celebrate diversity.
