AN independent body to monitor political financing were among 32 recommendations the Malaysian Institute of Integrity secretariat chief Amerul Muner Mohammad presented to the government’s Institutional Reforms Committee today.

Amerul said the institute came up with the recommendations in late 2016 after researching political financing models in five countries: Canada, Mexico, Indonesia, Taiwan and South Korea. - May 31, 2018.
