MALAYSIA has recorded a drop in Covid-19 cases after reporting 6,623 new infections yesterday, the Health Ministry said. There were 9,705 cases reported the previous day.

A total of 12 Covid-19 deaths were also logged, of which eight were classified as dead on arrival (DOA).

The death toll stands at 35,421, of which 7,496 are DOA. – April 18, 2022.
