A lot of elderly people and Sinovac vaccine recipients are still not their booster shots even though this would cause them to lose their fully vaccinated status on April 1.

ProtectHealth Corp Sdn Bhd CEO Dr Anas Alam Faizli said that there was no increase in booster shot bookings despite the numerous reminders from the government.

A booster shot is required for one to maintain the fully vaccinated status.

The deadline for the booster shot was extended to March 31 from February 28. – March 30, 2022.
