[LISTEN] The Najib Razak 1MDB Trial EP 63: Coffee Shop
AD HOC prosecutor Gopal Sri Ram today equated the operations of the 1Malaysia Development Berhad to the running of a coffee shop.
The former federal court judge said this when objecting to the defence’s long-winded line of questioning towards 10th prosecution witness Mohd Hazem Abdul Rahman at the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
Sri Ram also called the defence counsel Wan Aizuddin Wan Mohammed’s cross-examination of Hazem this morning as “irrelevant”.– November 9, 2021.
