FORMER 1MDB CEO Shahrol Halmi told the court that he had no knowledge that 1MDB’s subsidiary 1MDB Global Investments had transferred RM163 million to a company called Devonshire Funds Limited.
Not only was he not aware, 1MDB’s board of directors were also in the dark about the transfer. – September 1, 2020.
