ON the third day of oral submissions in the SRC International trial, it was finally the prosecution’s turn to go before Judge Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali.

While Najib’s lawyers have repeatedly put forth the argument that the former prime minister genuinely believed that the money in his account came from the Saudi royal family, the prosecution today dismissed this argument saying that it was not possible that Najib had no knowledge of the ongoings in his personal accounts. – June 3, 2020.
