Based on research carried out in Italy, the Erasme hospital in Brussels has developed a device which transforms a Decathlon snorkelling mask into an emergency ventilator for patients suffering with COVID-19, to help mitigate any shortage of ventilators during the peak of the coronavirus pandemic. – March 29, 2020.
