More than 30% of children receive first Covid-19 vaccine dose

A TOTAL of 1.07 million (30.4%) of children have received the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine, as of yesterday.

Based on CovidNow data, 15.2 million adults (64.4%) have received their booster shot, 22.9 million (97.5%) have completed their vaccination, and 23.2 million (98.7%) have received at least one dose.

At least 2.83 million adolescents (91.1%) have completed their vaccination, while 2.93 million (94.3%) received at least one dose.

Yesterday, almost 63,000 doses were administered, with 18,781 first doses, 1,817 second doses and 42,385 booster shots, bringing the cumulative total to 67.9 million. – Bernama, March 10, 2022.
