FAMOUS film star Salman Khan was bitten by a snake and had to be treated at a hospital.

The actor, 56, who has a reputation for living dangerously, had tried to remove the snake from his farmhouse in Panvel, near Navi Mumbai, India.

“A snake had entered my farmhouse, so I took it outside using a stick.

“Gradually, it reached onto my hand. I then grabbed it to release it, which is when it bit me thrice,” he told reporters after being discharged from hospital.

He said he has been given snake anti-venom treatments during his six-hour stay in hospital.

Salman has acted in numerous blockbusters during his entertainment career that spanned three decades. – Bernama, December 27, 2021.
