Earlier today, a one-minute video emerged on social media showing a man, believed to be a Malaysian, hitting the security guard repeatedly with a baton.

The man in a white and blue shirt, believed to be a supervisor at a security company, was speaking in Bahasa Melayu when he continuously hit the guard with the baton at a car park.

At one point, the man punched the unresisting guard in the face.

A police source, when contacted, confirmed that a report has been lodged but did not elaborate further.

“Investigations are underway,” the source said. – July 31, 2020.
