THE Federal Territories Ministry has launched the Pertiwi helpline for the public to lodge complaints, and make suggestions and enquiries.

Federal Territories Minister Annuar Musa said the public will able to reach various agencies through Pertiwi’s WhatsApp presence.

“People in the Federal Territories should use this platform to channel their issues, so we can better understand their problems.

“My aim is to address the welfare of the people and public interest. Through this platform we can then improve our services for the people,” he said at the ministry’s daily press conference.

The public can send a WhatsApp message to Pertiwi on 013-680-6666 or 013-688-7777.

Annuar also said he hopes people using the service will give the ministry time to address their issues.

“We cannot solve all the complaints immediately. We have to check with departments and follow the proper channels.

“We will try our best to response within 24 hours.”

He also said that the people can send their messages in English, Malay, Mandarin and Tamil.

“We will try to address their grouses the best we can.” – April 19, 2020.
