TOURISM, Arts and Culture Minister Mohamaddin Ketapi is not worried about his cabinet post as his key performance indicator as a minister is “almost 100%”.
The ministry’s KPI for last year was 93%, he said.
“And I know my own KPI was almost 100%. I don’t know if that is good or bad but I’m not worried.
“Why should I be worried? If you want me to work, I will work. You can drop me if I don’t perform,” he told reporters after a Visit Malaysia Year event today.
He was responding to Maszlee Malik’s sudden resignation as education minister yesterday.
The resignation takes effect today.
Maszlee cited unfavourable press coverage and politicking as reasons for the departure.
The resignation prompted talks of a cabinet reshuffle in the near future. Surveys by media and pollsters have placed Maszlee and Mohamaddin as among the least popular ministers. – January 3, 2020.

We used to complain, moan and groan about UMNo-so soon now, we have cabinet members getting cars from government, look at the salaries and perks....very disappointing, very disappointing. The socialist members in parliament now have capitalistic taste.
