Federal Criminal Investigation Department director Huzir Mohamed says the investigation papers on the sex video implicating Economic Affairs Minister Mohamed Azmin Ali has been sent and returned from the Attorney-General's Chambers at least seven or eight times. – police livestream screen cap, November 20, 2019.

A SEX video implicating Economic Affairs Minister Mohamed Azmin Ali has been sent to a university in the United States for analysis and the results are expected by the end of the year, said federal Criminal Investigation Department director Huzir Mohamed.

Huzir said the analysis will determine the authenticity of the video and the indentities of the two men in the sex clip.

Huzir said investigation papers on the case have been sent back and forth to the Attorney-General’s Chambers at least seven to eight times.

“We were instructed to get a second opinion from an independent body,” Huzir said today.

“So, recently several Malaysian police officers flew to the US to get a new analysis from a university which has the expertise.

“My men have returned and a report on the new findings will be completed soon before it is handed to the AGC for further action,” he said.

Former Santubong PKR Youth chief Haziq Abdullah Abdul Aziz had admitted to being one of the men in the clip and alleged that Azmin was his partner.

Azmin, who is also PKR deputy president, denied the claims and said the video was a ploy to end his political career.

In September, a group of 50 representatives from Secretariat Suara Rakyat (SSR) and Pertubuhan Bangkit handed a forensic report on the clip by UK-based Verden Forensics to Istana Negara.

The report was commissioned independently by SSR chairman and Umno supreme council member Lokman Noor Adam to ascertain the video’s authenticity.

In July, Inspector General of Police, Abdul Hamid Bador said Cybersecurity Malaysia found the video likely to be authentic but could not conclusively identify the men involved.

Eleven people have been detained over the case including Haziq and Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak, who is PKR president Anwar Ibrahim’s political secretary and Perak PKR chief.

All of them were subsequently released on police bail. – November 20, 2019.

  • So there already is an opinion.
Why don't you tell us what it is? Is it a national secret?
Or is it just TDM's and AA's secret?
