THE Sabah High Court today rejected Parti Warisan Sabah president Shafie Apdal’s bid to quash the order for his remand today.

High Court Judge Ismail Ibrahim dismissed the application for a review after Shafie’s lawyer Hamid Ismail submitted the papers last Friday.

Hamid told The Malaysian Insight that the MACC had applied the Penal Code which contravened the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act.
