Cops record Umno leader Lokman’s statement over ‘scuffle’

UMNO Supreme Council member Lokman Noor Adam and several individuals had their statements recorded yesterday in relation to a scuffle between students and supporters of former prime minister Najib Razak in Pantai Baru on Friday.

Kuala Lumpur CID chief Rusdi Mat Isa told The Malaysian Insight that Lokman and several men were called up yesterday.

However, he did not divulge more details over the matter.

“The cops called up Lokman and other individuals yesterday.

“We have recorded their statements as well,” he said. – March 24, 2019.
