ROSMAH Mansor arrived at the Kuala Lumpur Court Complex this afternoon to face charges related to the solar hybrid project in Sarawak.
This is Rosmah’s second appearance in court after previously being charged with 17 counts of money laundering and tax evasion.
Rosmah arrived about 2.05pm in a black Proton Perdana accompanied by her husband, former prime minister Najib Razak, who was also previously charged with offences related to the 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) scandal.
Just 10 minutes before her arrival, former federal territories minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor was brought in by Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) officers.
Tengku Adnan, or Ku Nan, was arrested yesterday and will today be charged with offences related to the sale of Kuala Lumpur City Hall land.
Also to be charged today are Rosmah’s former aide, Rizal Mansor, and businessman Tan Eng Boon.
The MACC had yesterday said that Rosmah and Rizal would face charges in relation to the RM1.25 billion solar hybrid project in Sarawak.
Ku Nan and Tan, meanwhile, are facing charges linked to the sale of several plots of City Hall land.
