TWO teenagers were killed when their car veered and skidded near Sultan Ibrahim Stadium, Gelang Patah, Iskandar Puteri, early today.

Iskandar Puteri Fire and Rescue Station head Mohd Khairi Zainuddin said a team of eight firefighters from the station rushed to the scene after receiving a distress call at 12.23am.

He said they believed a Honda Civic EJ span, flinging Lee Kah Lok, 19, and Ng Kui Ying, 15, from the vehicle.

Both the victims died at the scene, he said in a statement today.

The bodies were then handed over to the police for further action. – Bernama, July 12, 2022.
