THOUSANDS of Umno, PAS and Malay rights groups gathered today at Dataran Merdeka in the city centre for a demonstration against ICERD.
The rally was called to “celebrate” the cancellation of the ratification of the United Nations’ International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
This was the first rally held with the new Pakatan Harapan government in power after the May 9 polls. – December 8, 2018.
