VETERINARY clinics are now allowed to open under the movement control order, but consultations must have an appointment, said Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

The senior minister said Putrajaya will allow veterinary clinics to operate after calls from the public to allow their pets to receive medical treatment.

“For animal lovers, they have made suggestions to the government to allow medical assistance for their pets, and the government today agrees.

“Animal clinics can now operate, however, before any consultation, the owner must make an appointment. We do not want people to gather at the clinic waiting for their turn to see the doctor,” Ismail Sabri said. – April 26, 2020.
