ELECTORAL reform group Bersih 2.0 urged Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad to establish a tribunal to investigate seven commissioners of the Election Commission (EC) for misconduct.

Acting chairman Shahrul Aman Mohd Saari said the misconduct of the seven members had led to massive mismanagement and fraud during the 14th general election.

  • The commissioners must go because they have derelicted in their duties and did not uphold the democratic process during the recent election. They were also very biased in their actions towards the previous government, hence failing in their duties to act honourably as commissioners. They have failed the people of Malaysia and dont deserve to be on board the EC!!
