SUSPENDED Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) CEO Zakaria Arshad has submitted his reply to the show-cause letter this morning.

Zakaria told The Malaysian Insight that the letter was submitted to FGV company secretary Koh Shuang Yen by his brother Maulud Arshad at 11.30am.

He said his reply was pertaining to the transactions between FGV subsidiary Delima Oil Products Sdn Bhd and Afghan company Safitex.

Zakaria and his CFO Ahmad Tifli Mohd Talha were suspended and given show-cause letters over irregularities pertaining to certain payments between Delima Oil and Safitex. – June 29, 2017.
