MOTORISTS using RON 97 can look forward to paying slightly less at the pump as the price of the premium petrol is now down nine sen, to RM 2.50 per litre.

The new price will take effect from midnight till July 4 when the next fuel price announcement is made.

The prices of RON 95 petrol and diesel remain unchanged due to subsidies. Only RON 97 will follow market prices, following an announcement from the government last month that the price of RON 95 and diesel will be fixed at RM2.20 per litre and RM2.18 per litre respectively, but that RON 97 will follow market prices. – June 27, 2018
