THE Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a statement predicting continuous rainfall in several areas of Pahang and Johor from tomorrow until January 20.

The continuous rain warning covers Kuantan, Pekan, and Rompin in Pahang, as well as Kluang, Mersing, Kulai, Kota Tinggi, and Johor Baru in Johor.

Similar weather conditions are expected in Sabah today and tomorrow, affecting various areas in Sandakan (Telupid, Kinabatangan, Beluran, and Sandakan) and Kudat.

In Sarawak, the impacted areas include Kuching, Serian, Samarahan, Sri Aman, Betong, Sarikei, Sibu, and Mukah.
