  • To compare - UK with twice Malaysian population had 1711 in total for 2022. The key to reducing deaths is law enforcement on the roads. If motorists and bikers were better drivers there would be fewer accidents. Next is road worthiness and safety features on vehicles. And no phones while driving as well as no overloaded vehicles. If a car is for 5 passengers it includes children. The police have to enforce existing standards and rules. Malaysians are not good road users at the moment because they can get away with bad road safety practices.
