ZAYN Rayyan Abdul Matiin, a six-year-old autistic boy who was reported missing on Tuesday and found dead yesterday, was murdered, police said today.

Selangor police chief Hussein Omar Khan confirmed this and said the case is now a murder investigation.

Hussein said there were ligature marks on Zayn’s neck.

Zayn’s body was found last night in a stream 200m away from his home at Idaman Apartment in Damansara Damai.

The victim was last seen on Tuesday in his school uniform. – December 7, 2023.
