NEGRI Sembilan Pakatan Harapan (PH) and Barisan Nasional (BN) have set up a special committee to coordinate the launch of their election machinery ahead of the state elections. 

State PH chairman Aminuddin Harun said PH met Negri Sembilan Umno chairman Jalaluddin Alias and other leaders to discuss the matter.

“We discussed our election machineries to ensure smooth cooperation at the grassroots level and the possibility of launching the state-level machinery jointly. The election manifesto was also discussed,” he told reporters in Seremban today.

Earlier, Aminuddin announced that the Negri Sembilan legislative assembly will dissolve on Saturday to pave the way for state polls. 

Negri Sembilan has 36 state seats, with PH currently holding 20 while BN has 16. – Bernama, June 28, 2023.
