ARAU MP Shahidan Kassim has decided to pull out of the race for the presidency at the Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia’s (DPMM) elections scheduled for today.

The former Perlis menteri besar said the decision was made to maintain unity among association members.

“I pray that friends who will hold office will do their best for the future of DPMM,” he told reporters before the association’s general assembly in Kuala Lumpur. – Bernama, June 17, 2023.
