MUSLIMS will celebrate Hari Raya on Saturday, the Keeper of the Rulers’ Seal announced today.

Earlier in the week, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim also announced that the government has agreed to declare an additional public holiday tomorrow to help people make preparations for the festival.

At the same time, he announced toll-free travel on 33 highways during the Hari Raya festive period.

The toll-free period for balik kampung started at 12.01am yesterday morning, and will end at 11.59pm tomorrow.

Similarly, tolls will be free between 12.01am and 11:59pm Monday.

Toll is not free on Saturday and Sunday. – April 20, 2023.
