DESPITE the uncertainty of the Covid-19 pandemic and the global economic recession, Atomy Malaysia Sdn Bhd continues with its activities to help the needy.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities carried out by the company include its efforts to share profits that will eventually be returned to the community.

The company is aware of the difficulties the disabled in this country face when it comes to ensuring the continuity of their daily operations and has, therefore, taken the initiative to help this group so that no one is left behind.

This time, the Cheshire Home Selangor centre for the disabled was selected to receive a donation from the company. A total of RM50,000 was donated to the centre to maintain its daily operational cost and well-being.

A mock cheque presentation ceremony was held during the company’s Success Academy at MITEC Complex in Jalan Duta, Kuala Lumpur on February 18 .

Country manager Kim Se Won presented the cheque to Cheshire honorary secretary Roger Woon in the presence of thousands of members.

At the event, thousands of cookies made by Cheshire residents were distributed to Atomian. This is also one of the company’s efforts to support and promote Cheshire Home’s initiative to diversify its income sources.

Kim said the donation was one of the company’s initiatives under its CSR activities, which are frequently carried out to ensure that the plight of those in need continues to be taken care.

It is in line with the company’s vision to give back and share its profits with communities in need.

The company always supports charities, and Cheshire Home is one of them.

The company is grateful to those who have contributed to the success of the event and hopes that such efforts will continue in the future. – March 27, 2023.
