FORMER Johor menteri besar Hasni Mohammad’s 22-year tenure as the Pontian Umno division chief came to an end at the hands of Ahmad Maslan yesterday.

Ahmad, who is also Umno secretary-general and deputy finance minister, defeated Hasni after gaining 388 votes to Hasni’s 291.
