MUHYIDDIN Yassin should focus on his court case and answer the charges there, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said.

He said the Perikatan Nasional chairman’s claim that the corruption charges against him were politically motivated and pre-planned had already been answered by the Attorney-General’s Chambers and Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.

“What more does he want to say? It’s better for him to focus on the court case.

“Answer in court as the charges have been made,” Anwar said in Ipoh today.

He reiterated that he has nothing to do with Muhyiddin’s case and it is in the hands of the authorities.

Muhyiddin is facing four counts of abuse of power and two charges of money laundering amounting to RM232.5 million. – March 11, 2023.
