More political frogs pop up in Sabah

PEOPLE who do not live in Sabah tell me they do not understand the state’s politics. That isn’t surprising. Sabah folk are constantly evolving. We are not complacent and we are the first to push the boundaries of the law, such as the new anti-party hopping act.

We may be in different political groups but we are cordial towards one another. This is something that only happens in Sabah,

In the past few days, we have received news that Warisan assemblymen have defected to another party, citing the classic reason of it being for the benefit of the people.

Was it the right decision? What is the immediate benefit the defection will bring to the voters?  Are they willing to face the people who voted for them and explain their actions? Can they live with the decision for the rest of their life?

Loyalty is a trademark of a great leader. It seems that trait is lacking in Sabah these days. We are constantly reminded that the ship has become rudderless and heading towards the rocks. As passengers, we need a better person to man the rudder. These are dark times, when new true leaders are needed to stand up. We need to have a strong state government to fight for our rights.  We need to be prepared for the Sabah elections. – March 1, 2023.

  • Most Sabah politicians are power and money mad. They all want to be in the government, to enjoy the benefits.....ideology be damned.

Any change in government, and frogs will start jumping in.

A "middle finger" to the voters.
