A METRE-LONG black cobra was captured at the guard post of Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim’s house in Bandar Sg Long, Kajang, last night.

Civil Defence Force members caught the snake with special equipment after the agency received a distress call at 7.33pm.

“One of the five security personnel saw the black cobra while on duty at the post,” the force’s Hulu Langat district officer Mior Norazlan Safian said.

Pictures of the snake were posted on theCivil Defence Force’s Facebook page.
