Form 3 student critical after jumping off 3rd floor of school building

A FORM Three male student sustained serious injuries after reportedly jumping from the third floor of his school building in Sepang today.

Sepang police chief Wan Kamarul Azran Wan Yusof said that the school authorities informed the police that the student was found by teachers, lying at the foot of the building and bleeding from his head at around 10am.

According to Wan Kamarul, the 15-year-old victim, was rushed to Putrajaya Hospital, where is listed as being in a critical condition.

“We do not suspect foul play,” he said, adding that witnesses claimed to have seen the student at the corridor of the third floor of the building before he jumped.

Wan Kamarul Azran added that the police learnt that the student had undergone several counselling sessions by the school for depression previously. – Bernama, January 6, 2023.
