EVERYONE must play a strong and continuous role in preserving peace, harmony, and unity, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said. 

Anwar in his Christmas message also said it was an obligation for Malaysians to strengthen friendships by wishing each other well.

“As a multi-racial and culturally diverse country, it is a habit and an obligation for each of us to take this opportunity to strengthen friendship between the people by saying beautiful words to them. 

“Seeding and sowing a culture of unity is not only on the shoulders of the government, but every citizen must play a powerful and continuous role in preserving peace, harmony and the spirit of unity,” said the Tambun MP. 

He wished a Merry Christmas to everyone celebrating the occasion tomorrow. 

“May this year’s Christmas celebration be more festive and bring peace, harmony, prosperity and unity to all of us,” he said. – December 24, 2022.
