MALAYSIA recorded 867 new Covid-19 cases today, the lowest since last hitting 922 infections on May 3, according to data from the Health Ministry.

During this time, the highest number of daily cases was 5,685 on July 20, and then 5,330 on August 3.

For this week, the average number of daily cases is 1,562.

The cumulative number of cases stands at 5,010,634.

State wise, the number of daily cases are as follows: Selangor (262), Kuala Lumpur (62), Sabah (56), Johor (26), Sarawak (61), Kedah (58), Penang (72), Kelantan (27), Perak (55), Negri Sembilan (62), Pahang (30), Malacca (57), Terengganu (27), Putrajaya (5), Labuan (1) and Perlis (6). – December 11, 2022.
